kheema mutton Recipe
ingredients
1.ginger garlic paste-1 spoon each
2.turmeric powder-3/4spoon
3.chilli powder-2 spoon
4.chopped tomato-one large num
5.coriander leaves- 2-3 spoons
6.kheema mutton-1 cup
7.salt-to taste
8.hot water(optional)-1 cup
9.potatoes-1 num (chopped either fried or boiled)
10.boiled green peas-1 cup
11.garam masala-3/4 spoon
12.ghee(optional)-1 spoon/refined oil -1and half spoon
13.chopped freid onion-1 num.

method
in a hot pan fry pan pour oil or ghee and allow it to boil.add ginger garlic paste and deep fry .add turmeric and chillipowder .then add chopped tomatoes, some coriander leaves,kheema mutton and salt .mix and cook well to 3-4 minutes.when it is half done add hot water or mutton stock if gravy is required.then add fried or boiled potato pieces into it and mix well .finally add green peas and garam masala to it .cook it for around 15-18 minutes.add ghee for more rich gravy .lastly add fried onions to it and mix well!!keep it in the flame for 5 more minutes and mix well.serve hot with bread!!!
