Chocolate Fudge Recipe
1 tall can 12/3 c evaporated milk
31/2 c sugar
2-12oz pkg(4 c) semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 jar(any size) marshmallow cream
1 T vanilla
nuts chopped
Combine evap. milk and sugar in a 3 quart saucer pan. Place over high heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantl. Continue to boil, stirring vigorously, 9 min. Reducr heay if necessary to prevent boiling over sides of pan. Remove from heat, add semisweet chocolate morsels and stir until smooth. Add butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Stir until blended. Add the chopped nuts. Yield:41/2 lb
